Soraya Deen

Soraya M Deen is a lawyer, Muslim feminist and an award-winning international activist, community organizer, interfaith advocate, and public speaker.

Soraya is the Co - founder of the Interfaith Solidarity Network, one of the largest interfaith organizations in Los Angeles and the founder of the Muslim Women Speakers Movement.  Soraya is engaged actively in promoting peace and solidarity between the Jewish- Muslim and interfaith communities.

She is currently building the Nigerian Women Lead~ a grassroots movement of women and youth.

Soraya is the recipient of the prestigious Paul Carus Award for grassroots activism by The World's Premier Interfaith Convening Organization - The Parliament of the World's Religions.

Soraya is the Co- chair of the Women's Working Group of the International Religious Freedom Roundtable in DC 

She is the founder of the Muslim Women Speakers Movement. The women work in the areas of addressing Religious extremism, #Antisemitism, Hate, Gender Equality & Public Leadership.

Soraya has her Public Leadership Credentials (PLC) from Harvard.
