ABOUT US

From the Director…
Margaret J Weber, Phd
CWFL Program Director
The Center for Women, Faith & Leadership Fellowship Program was born from a vision: to create a space where women of faith could be strengthened and equipped to lead—especially those who carry the responsibility of standing up for the most vulnerable in places of great need.
Guided by the conviction that faith and gender are not secondary to peace but essential to it, Kristen Lundquist envisioned the Center and became its founding director. Today, the Global Multi-Faith Fellowship remains the heart of our work.
This one-year, multi-faith journey is designed to nurture both your inner life and your practical leadership skills. Through a blend of virtual and hybrid gatherings, you’ll have opportunities for reflection, connection across faith traditions, skill-building, and caring for your well-being. A dedicated team supports every Fellow committed to helping you grow in confidence, resilience, and impact.
When I stepped into the Director role, I felt deeply honored to continue advocating for and standing beside women of faith around the world—women who lead with courage, compassion, and conviction. To further support this work, we’ve developed a certificate program in partnership with the Center for Global Partnerships and Learning at Pepperdine University—another way to deepen training and learning for women leaders everywhere.
If you are a woman of faith eager to make a difference, I warmly invite you to join us. Together, we can be a living testament to what becomes possible when faith, purpose, and community unite to pursue peace and justice.
