Peninah Naserian Tauta is the Founder and Executive Director at Maasai Girl Initiative NGO, where she leads work to empower girls and women, and leads a womens department in the church focusing on faith-based approaches to peacebuilding and community resilience. With over 13 years of experience in community development through a child development program that brings a network of many partners and the community to develop inclusive policy solutions that uplift vulnerable and marginalized groups across underserved regions, specifically Pastoralist counties in Kenya, i.e., Narok, Kajiado, Samburu, Laikipia, and Baringo. Most of these counties are battlefields of conflicts that have claimed many lives; they are in dire need of Peace.
