Zeina Al-Zaiim is a dedicated faculty member, graduate assistant, and doctoral student in Notre Dame of Maryland University’s Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership program. Her global perspective grounded in her interfaith & intercultural background as a Syrian-Polish citizen greatly enhances her leadership skills. She earned her scholarship for a Master’s Degree at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in MENA with a focus on International Law & Diplomacy in 2010. Prior to her research on Women’s Rights & Identities in the MENA. Zeina’s goal is to develop public policy with women’s leadership to address global issues in vulnerable populations with educational practice.
