Hanaa is an Activist and Researcher in the fields of women, peace, sustainable development and leadership. She was born in a village in Upper Egypt and has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and is pursuing a Master of Science.

Hanaa received the Turkish scholarship and participated in many activities related to women's development, policy-making, refugees and immigration, and received an international internship, including in the League of Arab States and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and participated in many conferences. She believes that dialogue is capable of building peace, and that women have an integral part in leadership, peacemaking and change.
