Bushra Quadeem is from Peshawar, Pakistan. She is an educationist and runs a successful educational institute in Peshawar and has introduced a model of peace education in her school which is now expanded to ten other private schools and Madaris after its success in her own school and college. She is internationally known for her great work in the field of peace education, women peace and security as well as micro-entrepreneurship. She conducts trainings on the same subjects along with conflict transformation, countering violent extremism, leadership and interfaith dialogue both nationally and internationally. 

Besides, an educationist Bushra is a social entrepreneur and works with women and youth across Khyber Pukhtunhwa on active citizenship, women’s issues in conflict, community peacebuilding, micro-entrepreneurship and links her trainees with business opportunities wherever possible.
