Nyo Mar is the Founder and Executive Director of the Feminist Minority Women’s Institute. She is currently researching religious minority issues in Myanmar. Nyo Mar has published three papers, which can be found at https://independent.academia.edu/NyoThan. She analyzes the future of the Federal Democratic Union and the role of the religious minority in Myanmar. Nyo Mar also finds and engages the gap between minorities and ethnic minorities in the peace negotiation process in Myanmar.
