Sr. Justina Chinonso Ezike, O.P. was born in Kano State. She hails from Umuzike in Orlu Local Government of Imo State.

She I had a very happy childhood and obtained her primary and secondary education. In Primary two, she started nursing the desire to serve God as a Religious. She went to Federal College of Education, Kano and graduated in 2007.

Sr. Justina is a well-determined, dedicated, and studious individual, yet friendly and calm. She enjoys reading, praying, listening to people, and sharing her knowledge about God and life in general. She loves God so much and it motivates her desire to serve Him as a religious.

To actualize her dream, she applied to the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena, Gusau, Nigeria. She was admitted into the Congregation in 2008; had her First Religious Profession of Vows and Final Profession of Vows in 2011 and 2017 respectively.

As I professed sister, Sr. Justina has had the opportunity to work in the apostolate or ministry of Education (2011 to 2016) and Formation (October 2016 to 2022). She was also given the privilege to do Diploma in Spirituality and Religious Formation in Ibadan (2012 to 2014). In 2019, she got admission into Dominican University, Ibadan, to study Theology (Christian Religious Studies), and graduated with a First-Class honor in 2022. Currently, she is the Novice Directress of the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena, Gusau.
