Ms. Namukwaya Olivia is a Programs Coordinator for Girls Outloud Luweero-Uganda, a Community Based Organisation (CBO) office located in Lumu zone, Luweero town council, Luweero district for women, girls and people with disabilities.

She is a 37-year-old Ugandan and a resident of Kasoma Zone, Luweero Westward, Luweero Town Council in Luweero district. Ms. Namukwaya is a good communicator and has been an effective community volunteer for over 15 years of serving communities, including youth, women, girls, and people with disabilities in Luweero.
