Cissy Chan is the Engagement Manager at Partners Worldwide (PW). She has an MBA degree and extensive experience leading marketing and sales in the Western regions of the U.S. for Verizon and globally for PACCAR. She’s also spent a few years in the software industry with Ooma, T-Mobile, and DocuSign before joining Partners Worldwide. 

Cissy has been the Engagement Manager of the Pacific Northwest region at PW for the past two and a half years; a new territory for PW where I help people to integrate faith and business, recognizing God’s gift in their daily work to help end poverty in the world.

Since October 2022, Cissy has had the privilege of being on the board of Urban Impact, a faith-based organization that serves immigrants of all cultures and faith in our community. The organization listens to the community, builds relationships and creates solutions to help immigrants engage and thrive in the community. She and her husband are also active in serving the homeless in their community.

Cissy believes that faith is an individual journey and she strives to live out her faith with love for all individuals no matter their race, background, or religious belief. Building on respect and trust for people to be interested in her life and faith so that they can freely share and learn from each other.
