Angelique Mutombo
Angelique Mutombo is a Senior Program officer at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, where she is responsible for the Africa-Global portfolio on the Catholic Sisters team.
Ms. Mutombo has managed a portfolio of over 60 million in grants in over 10 African countries with an estimate of 100 grantees in Africa and Europe, and has also led initiatives in North America and Southeast Asia. She is an experienced leader and strategic thinker with proven strengths in strategy development, advocacy, program management, and grant-making with a focus on education, international development, and women’s rights.
Ms. Mutombo is practical and highly motivated when it comes to directing strategic and collaborative programs across education, gender, non-profit, philanthropy, business, and government sectors. She has exceptional interpersonal and intercultural skills in working with multiple constituencies in diverse communities and organizations, as well as a strong commitment to community building and change.
