CWFL believes that faith impacts how you show up, participate in the world, and influence your community. As leaders, faith also plays a part in how you lead, whether through outward expression or inward commitment.
Who do we serve?
CWFL supports and equips women of faith globally who serve in their communities.
Our Fellows learn how to build resilience, adapt to change, and live their values and beliefs so they can effectively work out their life’s purpose and create a legacy of impact.
Through faith, she leads with influence and purpose.

About the Program
The Global Multifaith Fellowship is designed to appreciate and foster the aptitudes of each individual as endowed by the Divine, so every participant can reach their full potential.
Through the program, women leaders from multi-faith backgrounds come together, share their faith, build relationships, and support each other while growing leadership skills.
The Fellowship has two distinct tracks: hybrid and distance learning. We also offer a certificate program for those who want to participate in the learning but don’t have the capacity to participate as a Fellow.
Accredited through Pepperdine University, all Fellows receive a Certificate in Global Leadership and Multi-faith Engagement after completion of the program.
